Hi all just saying hello,I’m trying to shed the Christmas kgs

We’re lucky here in Australia with gyms open how’s everybody getting on training at home?

    Trying hard to keep motivated, I run once or twice a week and do circuits twice a week. But I’ve only just begun . Really miss the gym !

    @jwilliams9082 i can’t run (hip problems) but do like a bike ride we’ve been lucky gyms only closed for 2 months last year.keep up the effort and the results will come.
