I am JT, I am here to try and keep my new found motivation to lose weight and get into a different mind set re food.
I need to lose over 100lbs.
I have been big for 30 years, and I have comfort eaten my entire life. I am now on my way to 60. Had some really good therapy and am now trying to get my body in better health too.
I work frontline with people in mental health crisis, a stressful but great job. I live alone so no one watches/supports my weight loss journey. Please dont ask for access to my diary, as if I share it I will lie ! Just saying......

Good question. Small steps, one day at a time. And allow yourself to have a day off without punishing yourself. I'm going to endeavour to follow this0
