Hello,
So I got my BF% checked three times tonight and it averaged out to 15.6%BF which is pretty cool.
I'm 21
5'6
134lbs
BF 15.6%
Female
My goal is to be ... basically ripped. lol You can see my abs pretty well now, but damn it I'm wanting those Dana Bailey abs lol
My current Macros on the typical day are 40% protein, 35% fat, 25% carbs. Sometimes the fat and protein may not be EXACTLY on the dot each like sometimes is may be 37% fat 22% carbs ect ect. Also, this is on a 1200-1300 cal diet (always closer to 1200) ----I honestly couldn't imagine eating more because at the end of the day I feel pretty miserable sometimes! I'm very good at knowing what and how much I'm eating
Before I started doing this I was 138lbs, so I have lost weight. I feel good. Sometimes kinda tired. But thats obviously from my carbs being lower. I can't honestly complain, I feel great. I guess what I'm wanting to know is if this will help me to my goal? I want my BF% low enough so that ALL my abs are defined... Not just the top four. Is anyone else kinda in the same boat? I realize this may mean my BF% needs to be around 10% I'm thinking. I don't really care if some people think "thats gross".. It's my body. Advice on nutrition would be awesome. My workouts are solid. Strength training 4-5 times a week. (hard strength training, Im not a zumba kinda girl lol) and cardio twice a week. HIIT, and once in a while a cross fit workout is thrown in there
I guess I should mention this part. I'm considering competing in figure competitions but first I want to see if I can accomplish reaching that level first!
Thanks!
ps- please NO hate :-(
