Quickest fat loss for stomach after bulking.want my abs back.

Looking for tips tricks and hints for losing the little bit of fat i acquired from my bulking. Miss my abs.

    you cant spot reduce. if you have fat you want to lose, eat at a deficit. your body decides where it will come off.

    I can only comment that having a very low fat % (<10%) actually isn't particularly healthy.

    Also, not everyone can get to the point where they have very good AB definition through diet alone. Lots of professional muscle-models have used steroids and/or have had lipo or other interventions.

    But, if you could see the abs a year ago and you can't see them now, then you can presumably lose a little weight and see them again! B)

    Trick is to only bulk so much that fat is only added on to the stomach as likely first place.
    That way is first place to lose it - there ya go.

    If you bulked enough other areas also got a layer of fat and stomach was first, well then, trick is time.
