Hi, how do if I can sync my smart watch to this app?

    Options
    On the desktop site, click Apps in the top blue bar. On the Android app, open the hamburger menu and tap Apps & Devices. If your device uses any of those listed apps, then you can sync that app with MFP.

    If it’s an Apple, download the MFP app to your phone.

    Use your phone and go to the health app.

    Click your profile:

    Then click Apps (under the privacy tab) and then click MFP

    Use the sliders to allow the information to share.
