Hi
I have just bought a soup maker. Is there any easy recipes for one person. Using vegetables, stock and dried herbs. I want to eat fresh soup as to freezing soup and reheating.
Many thanks.

I thought you were playing around but this is an actual contraption!
Did it not come with some recipe ideas in the back of the manual? If not, I would start with vegetable based soups (for simplicity and time). Like tomato or onion soup.
From there, if yours can handle proteins then throw 'em in!
For anyone else who is curious and wants to see an example of a soup maker too, here you go:

I too never heard of a soup maker. I Googled them, pretty spendy. I use a stock pot or slow cooker. I make a pot of soup or chili every week. I freeze leftovers for quick meals the rest of the week. There’s two of us. The cabbage soup recipe for weight loss can be a base for soup. Adding a protein of choice, veggies of choice, low sodium broth of choice, spices, seasoning and herbs you like.2
