👀 Would you happen to be a dad too?

    (Focus, MaltedTea, focus...)

In any case, welcome to the MFP forums!

If it's guidance or support you're looking for while you cut/lean out then there are quite a few bodybuilding, weightlifting, weight resistance type threads (along with several nutrition-focused ones) that you'll find are right up your alley.

If you're not into any of the above, do let us know how MFPers can help you with your plan!

You’re starting from a pretty good place, physically! Are gyms open where you are?

I’m lucky. My gym only closed for one month, back in April.

@quiksylver296 no gyms here have been closed from December and have only been open for about 4months over the last year due to being classed as non essential.. pen pushers deciding again what’s essential to people’s health and mental wellbeing..

@MaltedTea yea I’m a dad 😆 I’ve been having a look through the forums to pick up couple tips for working out at home.. having no gym doesn’t cut it 😅 we are in lockdown from 26th December until at least 5th March. Gyms here are “non essential”

My trainer set up a free at-home workout when we locked down. I don’t know if it’s still available or not. Google Oren Whiting Fitness, maybe it’s still on his site.

I'm not as logistically helpful as @quiksylver296 but I do know *we tremendously appreciate dads in the MFP forums: DAD BOD THREAD

*("we" used in the proverbial sense 😭)

My two actually potentially practical suggestions are to check out the home gym pr0n thread as well as the one on calisthenics (which is overdue for a revival)
