I have no outstanding tips. All I do is log everything I eat. I have a kitchen scale. I add my calories exactly as weighed. With this habit, i have been able to remove food from diet which were just not worth the calories it had. I gradually added exercise to my routine. And I had a very simple easy achievable goal. 2 pounds a month. It turned out to happen faster than that though.0
