Hi folks,
After some effort I have brought my weight to a healthy range (Male, 143 lbs for 168 cm -5'7" - 23 BMI). I am trying to reach a BMI of 21. However, my main concern is reducing body fat- it is currently about 20%. I want to bring it to 12-15% range. I go to gym 3-5 days (45 min session: 30 min cardio 10 min strength 5 min is wasted here and there) a week mainly doing cardio with some form strength training. What changes should I make to my regime in diet and exercise to do what I want to.
Thanks for all your input and advice in advance
Sincerely
Prem

If you want to build muscle your focus has to change to an effective weight/strength training program and just 10 minutes per session isn't going to get you anywhere.

Pick an established program from the list pinned to the top of this forum appropriate for your training level and follow it consistently. Eat at around maintenance calories with a decent amount of protein.
