    I HAVE BEEN LOSING THE SAME FEW POUNDS OVER & OVER FOR A YEAR. THE MADNESS MUST STOP!


    Feb 01: .207.6 No overnight change.

    Feb 05: 208.6 Drats!

    Feb 12: 206.0 Now, that is more like it! It’s been a rocky week but common sense prevailed.

    Feb 19: 204.8 Better.

    Feb 26: 207.2 Ugg. Chinese food several days this week (with the leftovers). Still below starting weight but nowhere near my goal. Disappointing…..

    February goal is to lose 10 lbs and be under 200 lbs.

    February 20: 201.8 lbs (-2.8 lbs)
    February 27: 199.7 lbs (-2.1 lbs)

    Pretty happy with February, down another 11.1 lbs and a total of 26.9 lbs since the beginning of the New Year. Good luck everyone.

    I understand the whoosh effect is debunked by scientists, but I have NO other explanation for this big drop in 3 days!

    Happy with this loss but maybe too fast. New medication may have helped with this.

    The final few days of February were a little rough at work and had no energy to work out. I’m guessing that’s why I gained weight this week. Didn’t hit my goal this month, but I’m still going to celebrate the net loss over the whole month 🙌🏻
