Hanging belly

Hello I am new on here. When i started my journey i found out i had thyroid problem so I kept gaining no matter what I ate or how much i was working a 12 hr shift factory job so I was either working or sleeping how was I gaining and not loosing first doctor I went to said she said they had a gym she just pushed me aside so I found a doctor that listened to me and tested me so I finally have my thyroid to normal it's been5 months to get it to normal and to help she put me on topiramate I started 189 I am down to 178 I have had 2 kids my goal is 165 that is how much I was before I had kids when I first met my husband. My husband and I have noticed since I have lost 11 pounds and also 4 inches around the waist I have started to have a belly hang so I am asking if theres anyone who can give me advice on how to loose that hang while I'm still loosing weight to reach my goal

    You can't manipulate losing the "hang". Your skin has to retract on it's own (if that's the issue) and there are NO PROGRAMS that help to accelerate that. No waist belts, creams, dry brushing, laser, cold therapy, etc. will help with that. Time a patience. It can sometimes take up to 2 years to see how far the skin retracts then you can reassess what you want to do.
