Does any one have the problem that my fitness pal doesn’t have all the mega fit meals?

I don't know what those are, so no.
But, if you do find a prepackaged food in the wild that isn't in the database, you can add it.
On the desktop site:
1. Go to Foods in the top blue bar, click My Foods in the darker blue bar.
2. Click the green "Create Food" button.
3. Input the brand name and the name of the food and click Continue.
4. On the next screen, you'll put in all the nutrition facts from the label - serving size, servings per container, calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients.
5. Check the box at the bottom that says "Yes, let other MFP users use this food" if you want other people to be able to find this entry as well.
On the Android mobile app:
1. Tap the hamburger menu, then scroll down to Recipes, Meals & Foods.
2. Tap Foods, all the way to the right at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Create a Food.
4. Enter the brand name, food name, serving size and number of servings per container on the first screen.
5. On the next screen, enter the rest of the nutrition facts (calories/macros/micros). It doesn't look like the app gives you the option to add the food to the public database (or decline to do so, as the case may be).0
