Brilliant Podcast Recommendation

Listened to the first episode of Stephen Fry’s The Leap Years. Episode 1 Season 1 is called When We Were Young.

He has an absolutely brilliant explanation of how calories molded history- from the prehistoric, with a really interesting detour into the Middle Ages, up through modern history.

Sounds far-fetched, but it’s one of the most thought provoking things I’ve come acrost in a while.

And being Stephen Fry, it goes down particularly easy.
