Self love - 35Kg to find new homes to and hopefully each kg a new blossom.
Diet method: Green Smoothie cleanse - Moderate Cleanse (2 Smoothies and maybe a hummus and veggie snack) with a balanced Dinner at night.
Exercise - Sprained my ankle so none this time - Exercise goals - Beach walks, Hiking and Exploring and i would really like to become a pro in beach volley ball and to conquer the waves:) Kissing apparently also burns calories....will see what happens there - might have to start there with the whole sprained ankle.
So yes that is me - professionally I am a Virtual Personal assistant with over 16 Years Corporate experience and i love making excellence out of technology - you are welcome to take some time off and let me keep myself busy while drinking my green smoothies throughout the day (otherwise i might just snack too much).

May I suggest dropping the clense idea and just work on logging your foods accurately. It seems like most people don't enjoy, or find success, with such restrictive plans. I think these two links are extremely helpful and can help you get the most out of MFP:

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These two posts completely changed my MFP experience and helped me be much more successful, so I hope they do the same for you.
