I am new to this and need help,

I have just started walking/jogging for the last 5months and I am at a stand still, what can I do, also need help on what to eat to stay full, I do have a sweet tooth,!!!! help

    Hi Lou! Welcome :)

    What do you mean by a standstill? Have you been losing weight and plateu'd? Not motivated? Need new exercises? You can look in my food diary for ideas if you want, though I have to warn you, it's not very exciting.

    I find that eating 4-6 times throughout the day and including protein with most meals helps me stay full. Also, make sure you're getting enough calories. I eat 1660 right now.

    As far as the "sweet tooth", have it pulled. :smile: I eat fruit or make my own fruit yogurt with plain Greek yogurt and fruit mixed in (like frozen raspberries) and use a little honey or agave nectar to sweeten it. I have sugar sweets every once in a while, but if it's a must-have every day, then I know I'm addicted and that just gets in the way of what I want (to be thin and healthy).

    Too funny! But I totally agree. It's OK to have those things once in a while, but if they are a trigger to overeat, then maybe they need to exit your meals for a bit. I eat a lot of protein also, and find that I'm not as hungry to snack during the day.
