New Here

Hi everyone! New here, trying to lose 30+ .. Back injury and recovery last spring made it difficult for me to keep active. I know I have to count the calories to be successful but struggle with breaking down the foods I make. Looking for exercise motivation and friends too! Best of luck to you all!

    Welcome.

    Are you using the recipe builder - makes it a lot easier to count homemade meals, particularly if you make the same ones regularly.
