Man, I really smashed it today! I did a brand new strength training workout with my heaviest weights and it felt amazing! Good to get it our of the way early too.

Wow! That is AWESOME. I tried for months to get better at pull ups, but no matter how hard I tried I never got past 7 chinups and maybe 3 pull ups. My upper body game is weak.
(I try to blame it on being 6'1" and 180+ pounds... But I think it's a cop-out). I'm just really weak.3 -
I stuck exactly to my planned meals so far this week and will go 2 for 2 in not drinking during the week.4
