Looking for a support group!

Hi everyone! Quick back story. Obese all my life. I was close to 400lbs at 21. Dieted and exercised down to 225 maintained around 245. Met my husband. Picked up his habits lost good ones. Got pregnant, grew my career (less free time more stress) packed weight back on to about 350. Had gastric sleeve and got down to 195! Covid. Back up to 235... down about 6 over the last few days.

I'm really trying to focus on the good habits I need to lose weight and maintain it. I don't want to yo-yo anymore. Mindfulness. Move more. Calorie and carb reduction but livable. Not giving up anything but rather reducing frequency and portions. Part of building good habits is positive re-enforcement. I'm looking for a support
group who help me celebrate my victories and tell me to stay the course even when I don't want to. I have a lot of people who will tell me unhealthy eating is human and natural. I'm not trying to be perfect but I need people who will celebrate with me and hold me accountable.
