any ideas on why my weight varies so much day to day? it actually varies like 1kg every day. on friday im at my lowest, and monday my heaviest. but it actually differs like 2kg, and I hardly "sin" in the weekend, I just have like 200 calories extra a day. im really confused by this, I see my weekly weight go down so its fine, but why is that 2kg suddenly there?
any insights would be greatly appreciated

It's meant to fluctuate constantly. It's not a static object, you're constantly putting things into and out of it. It's not reflective of fat loss/gain.
