    The last 'lil bit of weight, body fat, lean muscle, etc can be challenging. It's all about tiny tweaks and time. Apparently, lots of time 😑

    What is your specific challenge now?

    My challenge is keeping within my calories, I often under estimate what I eat so i'm hoping logging my food will help. I'm also limited to yoga and walking for exercise as I have problems with chronic pain and have quite low blood pressure so I need to eat often, all this makes it more difficult x
