Well, I’m back again hoping to change things up and get healthy. I’m Type 2 diabetic so I need to get my act together. I have been doing a much better job of managing that lately.
Since I created this account a few years ago, I’ve actually lost 12 pounds. That’s a plus, but I’ve got a long way to go. At this time I’m shooting for 30 more ponds gone; but ultimately 50 pounds.
Happy to be back. Now I’ll go look up some new recipes. Have a great day everyone!

Congratulations on your loss so far: That's great! I see so many people here who are able to improve their T2D symptoms, even reduce medications. Hoping this time on MFP will get you all the way to goal, and wishing you great success!0
