My name is Alec and my wife and I live in a motorhome and travel the US.
When I retired from the police department I wieghed 192 pounds. 5 years later I am up to 235 pounds. So I joined MyFitnessPal.
We work for KOA as host an travel from park to park every 3 to 6 months. We are currently in SC and in May we leave for Montana. I say that to let everyone know that we rarely have access to gyms. We are currently in a small town and about 1 hour from a gym.
I am looking for new friends to help keep me motivated. I look forward to my nee journey!

You don’t need a gym. Do you hike? I’m would think there would be plenty of opportunities to do just that. My husband and I visited many states including SC and MT and they were all based on walking or hiking. You can also find some really terrific workouts on YouTube.
Lol. When my husband retires, we want to be camp hosts too. Yay5 -
Hi Alec- not a full timer but half year on road.
I have weights and a stretchy band that I use- takes up very little space. Also videos on YouTube that I subscribe to that have routines I follow. I also do a lot of walking. When the weather is nice, I love hiking. I try to get up frequently if I am sitting for a while.
You can start with as little as 5 minutes a day stretching, and using weights and build up from there. Doesn’t have to be hours a day. Just keep moving!! Happy Trails!3 -
Thanks .... We do lots of hikes and bike rides.1
