My name is Alec and my wife and I live in a motorhome and travel the US.

When I retired from the police department I wieghed 192 pounds. 5 years later I am up to 235 pounds. So I joined MyFitnessPal.

We work for KOA as host an travel from park to park every 3 to 6 months. We are currently in SC and in May we leave for Montana. I say that to let everyone know that we rarely have access to gyms. We are currently in a small town and about 1 hour from a gym.

I am looking for new friends to help keep me motivated. I look forward to my nee journey!1ci1md9gya5n.jpg

Hi Alec- not a full timer but half year on road.
I have weights and a stretchy band that I use- takes up very little space. Also videos on YouTube that I subscribe to that have routines I follow. I also do a lot of walking. When the weather is nice, I love hiking. I try to get up frequently if I am sitting for a while.
You can start with as little as 5 minutes a day stretching, and using weights and build up from there. Doesn’t have to be hours a day. Just keep moving!! Happy Trails!
