I joined MFP recently after my daughter told me about it. I started dieting in January 2012 after deciding to make some major life changes and began working out a few months ago. I live near a track and have grown to love power walking, which I try to do 4-5 times a week, as well as working out with dumbbells. I'm 3 pounds away from having lost 70 and would like to lose 15-25 more, though I'm pretty happy with how I look now.

I'm looking forward to hearing what others in my age group are dealing with and getting some suggestions - for instance, have any ladies gotten their upper arms into really good shape and if so, HOW? One of my goals is to be an older woman with truly remarkable arms!!! :-)
