Cooked chicken

I like to cook a load of chicken and then just eat it throughout the week. The pack have the calories for raw so how do I log it when it’s cooked and take bits throughout the week?

    Look up the cooked calories instead of raw, then just weigh it as you eat it to figure the calories for the portion you eat.
