Fat goal

Hello, my keto macros are fat 75%, protein 20% and carbs are 5%. I never reach my fat macros and I’m always over on my carbs. Proteins are usually near the 20%. What foods do I need to eat to hit my fat macros? Thanks

    Avocados. Or add in some oils.
