Any tips for getting started? ive gained and lost weight many times. LW: 118 HW:240 CW:209. I'm tired of being tired from all this weight I carry around. I just am so addicted to everything and I binge eat and feel intense cravings for bad foods. I just need to break this cycle.

Welcome!
First tip is to log everything you eat. Make sure you document it ALL
Use the tools on MFP to figure out a good target to lose, say, a pound a week. That's a deficit of 500 calories per day.
Second tip: After you've been logging your food for a week or two, see what changes you want to make to hit that calorie target. Find foods that fill you up, and move those that don't but are high calorie off the plate.
Third tip: Don't beat yourself up when you slip. Get back up, dust yourself off, and keep on moving towards your goal. The only way to fail is to give up. So just go do it.
Last tip: There are no "bad" foods. There are foods that may not be worth the calories to have a lot of. Some people have trouble moderating, and if that's you, then you might need to abstain from the foods that trigger you to overeat.
Sucks, right?
So now that you have four tips, get started!7
