Nike Sport band vs Polar HRM

So I went for a 5km walk today. I just bought a Polar RS300X and it has a chest strap. I'm not sure if I set it up right though so for todays walk I took my Nike Sport band with me as well and used both. My Nike sport band said I burned 648 calories but my Polar said only 275. Which one should I go off of? Thoughts? Advice?

It seems almost impossible to burn 648 calories walking for 5k even one with an extreme intensity. The Polar sounds a lot closer to being correct. I've found that most devices are inaccurate in their calculations and some to a huge degree.0
