Hello Ladies🤗

Hello everyone! This is my first time joining a group on MFP and Im really excited to get to know everyone.
I’m 38 (39 in April)
SW 12/28/20: 220.5 lbs
CW 209.1 lbs
GW 130 lbs

I’m have trouble staying motivate to exercise, and second guessing the diet my doctor currently has me on. Any suggestions or advice for staying on track would be greatly appreciated.
