Hey all

So back in 2014, I tried this tracking and macro counting for a day and I “realized” this is too hard.... well in part I don’t think I really gave it a shot or a chance to work “understatement”. So far I been giving this a new shot and I can say I don’t feel/see a difference yet. How ever my scale is telling this macro counting is working.

I start in January and lost 32 pounds I think so good so far I guess. I have accompanied my macros with about 45-50 min workout at night. I got some good protein powders and preworkout. Everything was going good until.

At the beginning of the month I had a scare and went the ER and they told me I had a heart attack. Then my kidneys are putting stress on my heart. Then I have severe liver damage which is putting a strain on my heart. Back around to a heart attack. Needless to I went through hell and high water. Let’s just say a lot unnecessary procedures done, just to find out I have some super rare viral liver infection that the symptoms are similar to that of a heart attack. Physical chest pain increased enzymes.. I digress...

I never thought I would be the one to say I want to get back to working out again. I am still eating well and tracking. But no apple cider vinegar, no prework out (stuff is junk), no exercise with out supervisor for three months.
I enjoyed doing my hiit workouts! Not I have to do a walk on a treadmill with some doctor monitors my heart or nurse monitors me. Cardiac rehab. Oh well I guess!(do I really need do wait if I’m starting to feel better?) lol any ways that’s me and where I at.

I would love people to add me for motivation and support. Maybe a haha or trade recipes!

All this has happened since the beginning of THIS year? 😲

Glad you're still being monitored by your healthcare team especially for your exercise and glad you're here in the MFP forums 👋🏿
