Hello, I am in my 60's, I am loving life but wish there was a lot less of me so I can dance again!

Hello I would like to join a group for over 60's if possible. I haven't been on FB for a long time and I am starting from being the heaviest I have ever been. I would like to chat with others, be supportive and receive support, learn new ways of using the App and hopefully have a laugh along the way.

    Welcome - I'm not in my 60s but also love to dance!

    In fact, I've found dancing (around the kitchen, around my bedroom) to be really helpful with weight loss. Not because it's exercise, but because putting on music really loud and dancing around to it REALLY boosts my mood.

    And as someone who has often used food to feel happiness or comfort, finding other ways of giving myself a boost of endorphins. So don't wait until you lose weight to dance! Do what you can now - crank up the music and move as much as you can if it makes you feel good.
