Total Knee Replacement

Only 7 weeks removed from having a complete knee replacement. Today at the gym, I rode 2 miles on the stationary bike, rowed 1600 meters (1 mile) on the Concept2 and walked 1.25 miles on the treadmill. And I'm 70 years old. It's a mindset........
