    My goal is to lose one pound a week (so 4 pounds). I'm on track.

    My goal is to stay at the 2lbs per week I've been losing throughout January. So far, so good.

    To lose 10 pounds, but will be happy with any weight loss.

    My goal is to lose a lb a week so 4lbs and to have my clothes fit better....to do my walking 6 days a week and add in some basic exercises, leg lifts, squats, planks, waist bends and arm exercises

    My goal is to continue logging my food intake in MFP. To continue using my wellness YMCA gym pass (Monday thru Saturday) and to be better to myself.
