I am just trying to keep my weight in a certain area for my weight class. Any tips?

Personally just logging my calories so I stop and think what I’m about to eat helps me stay accountable and sharing results with others helps0

Get to the mid range of your weight class and set your goal to maintainence so you won't have to sweat out to barely hit your weight class at weigh in on competitive days.
The app is pretty good about adjusting goals and there are discussions about weight maintenance in the forums, too.0
