Hi everyone!
Ive actually been tracking for 8 days now, but just figured out the community part. Right now my goal is just to have a calorie deficiency to help me lose weight. Next week I will be back to work and very active so i will have to find a way to figure that in each day. I'm really happy with the app, I love that I can add in my own recipes and get the nutrional contents of it. Its definitely an eye opener and I havent had any pop since I started tracking. Just water and coffee. I was wondering if other members see my weight and my meal diary? It add everything so it's brutally honest. This was the first category I went to but I'm about to explore the others too. Glad to be here, I feel really happy with myself and how well I'm responding to the app. Very accountable and it keeps me motivated and in check. I'm glad there is a community too, I cant wait to jump in with you guys.
