back for the remix

so I was on here a long time ago - like 10 years ago to gain weight back and regain strength after being sick, I haven't been on in about 4 years though and had to make a new account - I got comfy being home more and need to pick up the cardio I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds and we all know those are the stubborn pounds. I know having people to turn to, compete with, vent to, and support me makes a world of difference in this journey since I've done it once. I'm from the west coast, I workout just about every day, mostly weights. on "off" days I still at least walk a few miles. I think it's time to fine tune that diet to get where I want and that is one area I've never excelled in is breaking down those macros and all that, so hoping to learn a lot by perusing the boards, but wanted to say hey before I jump in and start asking questions. That's all I got.
