Hello MFP! What are your top buys in Costco? I’m kind of doing low carb (yes I know it’s not magic, calories in and out) but just wondering what awesome finds you usually get in Costco for you daily meals that’s on the lower carb spectrum?
Thank you!
Thank you!

Costco is never my first grocery choice since I can always find better prices and more manageable amounts of fruit, veg, poultry, fish and beef at other grocers. In the US, Big Lots has a good, albeit ever-changing selection of low-carb foods at incredibly low prices. I also love Aldi US.
My Low-Carb Costco buys:
Rotisserie Chicken
Monkfruit sweetener. I don't use much, so a big bag lasts me forever.
Whole bean coffee
Canned San Marzano tomatoes
Boneless lamb when the price drops below ~$5 lb. USD
Fresh whole turkey when it goes on sale
Not low carb, but when Costco Margarita frozen pizza goes on sale, I pounce. The entire pizza is 800 calories and I like to load it up with veggie toppings - usually eating half - but sometimes scarfing down the entire thing.
Oink oink!
