Is it bad not to eat for a day or less than usual?

So ill try to explain this in the best possible way but lately I've not had an appetite for anything and have also developed a feeling of fullness rather quick, to the point where I feel nauseated and i hate the feeling of having to throw up but its been occurring lately. Like I do get hungry but NOTHING sounds good at all, its a weird feeling for sure but I hate it because I do like to eat. I had to order some takeout the other day (chickfila) because thats the only thing I found tolerable. Its kinda gotten to the point where i dont feel like eating for the day or much less than usual. How bad would this affect me? Has anyone else experienced this? Gosh my tastebuds must be off
TL;DR- no appetite, feeling full quickly, no tastebuds and major nausea. Eating less than usual and not sure how bad it will affect me

This feeling for me usually is a sign that I'm coming down with something.
A day or two down if you have a stomach bug probably won't have that much of an impact,
If it's been going on for a while I would go and see the Dr.3 -
Either you may coming down with something or possibly pregnant? I’ve had both things and it was usually the former. Call your doctor, it may be a good idea to do so.3

If you want to know how badly it will affect you then that depends on how often you are doing this.
If you are just skipping a couple of meals as a one off because you feel poorly or have no appetite, then it won't affect you at all.
If you're doing it regularly and it's becoming a pattern then you probably need to see a doctor.1 -
My first thought was COVID, but it could also be coming down with something or being pregnant. Either way, if it continues, it is a question for your doctor.3

Third vote for COVID. Have you been tested?1
