New to forums but not to MFP, finally need some help

Hi! I've been using MFP for several years now and have preferred to use it as a private calorie tracking journal, but I've decided I need to join the Community for help with accountability and to feel like I'm among others in the same boat. I've gained 8 pounds during COVID but it feels like a lot more. I'm an avid exerciser (weights, running, hiking, etc.) but I can't get a handle on my calorie intake - I'm in the grip of working from home stress and boredom snacking. If anyone would like to be an accountability buddy, please hit me up!

    Half the battle is recognizing the problem and determining to do something about it.

    Weighing accurately and logging honestly was the game changer for me. You’ve been doing this for years, so you’ve got a huge headstart.

    I think it’s wonderful that (and this sounds all wrong!!!!) you’ve set your expectations so low. No, set them so reasonable.

    You’ve got this tiger by the tail!
