Add me here. I am just starting and logging my charts. I have a goal to shed 25 lbs in 2 months. I had lost over 10 lbs months couple of months ago and regained again after I stopped keeping track my activities and diets. Joining here will keep me motivated to achieve goals faster and stay fit. Yes, I need motivation...I'm new to this and logging my diary maintaing consistent in healthy eating and excise is the only way I will be able to reach my goals but also build on living the life I want to live which is a happy, long and energetic one.
