    Oh, and I know it sounds obvious, but be sure to count those Monsters in your food diary! 😂

    Lots of people don’t connect that drinks have calories, too. I learned really quick it was a lot more satisfying to spend my calories on food-food, although I “budget” for the half and half in at least two sugar free chai teas per day that I didn’t drink before I started, lol. Your tastes will change- and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
