Best Meal plan company

Hi there
I want a little break from doing my own meal plans. Can anyone recommend a good company? Good value for money and also yummy.
Has anyone used muscle food and are they any good?
Thank you :)

    I've used 5 over the years. Freshy, Factor 75, BistroMD, DietToGo, and MightyMeals. The latter is local to the DC/VA/MD area.

    Freshy isn't bad. Not expensive, there's always deals, discounts, and coupons galore, the calories are all worked out. The food is decent. Nothing to write home about, for the most part, but a few of the dishes are above average. Sometimes they come jumbled up or bounced around in transit, leading to not very attractive presentation, this being the reason my wife finally put the kibosh on it.

    Factor75 is pretty good. In my opinion, better quality food than Freshy. I had a positive impression, though I had no burning desire to continue with it. They have a lot of B+ entrees with a few A-.

    BistroMD has better food than the above two, but is more expensive., A bit inflexible as far as just buying what you want without having to be signed up to annoying #-of-meals-per-week plans. However, if the goal is a complete weekly plan and flexibility is not an issue, this might be a good choice. Also, it's designed with dieting in mind, so weight loss is easy with it.

    DietToGo is calorie controlled and diet-oriented, and it absolutely works for losing weight. They provide 1600 calorie days (b/l/d). The food is pretty decent but gets tiresome after a while. Best seen as a 1-2 month thing, not ongoing, due to the repetitive nature of the menu. I did reach a point after 3 months where I couldn't even look at their food anymore, tbh, although I quite enjoyed it for the first month or two.

    MightyMeals has the best food of the five, by far, and delivered fresh not frozen, but is more expensive than the others. I've been using them for 4-6 meals per week (of my 14 meals - lunch and dinner) for 1.5 years. The food is pretty comparable to a neighborhood casual restaurant. Portions are quite large and filling for the calories.

    I subscribe to Daily Harvest. Pluses:
    * Price range
    * Flexible schedule
    * Quality
    * Variety
    * Flexible use
    * Stuff I would never buy and prepare on my own.

    Minus: all veggie. I add protein like chicken or beef.

    I have some fav dishes and they are continually adding new menu items. The app works great and is super convenient. I do a much better job with veggies now.

    I just signed up for factor two weeks ago, and I've been so impressed I came here looking for other opinions to ground me, then I stumbled on this.

    3 factor meals a day, depending on what you choose, is 100-150g protein, and 1700-1900 calories, comes never frozen, and neat packaging. The food is good too, but the majority of the menu is "chili 15 different ways" with a side of veg.

    A bit on the expensive side though. If you try it make sure you get someone to give you a "free box" or use the promotion codes that are all over the internet.

    I'd like to hear people's opinions of the idea of eating 99% of my calories from a meal service like factor. It seems too easy.

    Sounds like a great solution for you! You seem to be dealing with your only objection: "chili 15 different ways." It seems balanced, and you're not complaining about the cost, so why not?
