Had this app for a while but never used it properly as my motivation has gone out of the window. Hoping I can get on track and stick to it

Using MFP can be very helpful to success, but you're right: Consistency is helpful.
For me, habits are more important than "motivation", because it's hard to be motivated every single minute, when life sometimes gets complicated and stressful. Gradually grooving in improved habits is a slower boat than big radical change, but more likely to arrive at the destination, for me. It takes a little motivation at the start of each change, but sustaining them once started is less of a willpower hog, in my case.

I’m in the same boat kinda. I’ve used it awhile ago and loved it with awesome success. Stopped tracking and my level regressed so now I’m back haha best of luck on your Journey!0

Just barely started and just realizing what I consume on a daily is nerve-racking. What motivates me is my family and my friends so I really want to make them proud at the fact I'm able to conquer something and be committed to it. Wish me luck!1
