Hello everyone,
I am 172 cm tall and weigh around 144 kg, I used to work out in the past and lost a lot of weight and gained some muscle weight too, I have stopped going to the gym since 2018 and with covid 19 outbreak things got worse and of course I gained lots of weight again, almost all the weight I lost which was around 30 kg , I went back to dieting now and I am starting to lose weight again, but I was wondering whether I should start working out now or wait t till I lose more weight, and if I start working out, what kind of workouts should I start with?
PS : I have no medical conditions or any physical injuries
Thanks in advance

Start lifting weights now. Get in a little cardio, too.
I've never seen anybody say they wished they had waited to start exercising.2 -
What can you do?
What do you enjoy doing?
What kind of exercise would optimally be both cardio and weight/strength training in a blend that is suitable for where you are now and is a building block towards your future goals.
No don't wait, it's a tremendously positive thing for your health and sooner you start the better.

Yesterday. There IS NO GOOD TIME. You start when you can. It only enhances your health and fitness along with helping to burn more calories.

It doesn’t have to be ESPN-worthy. There’s so many options. YouTube, zoom, local subscription classes, DVDs, podcasts, zillions of apps, Apple Fitness+, if nothing is open locally, or you want to do some run through a before you “go public”.
Or simply start by walking. Anyone can do that and it’s free and nonjudgmental.0
