How to Follow / Unfollow Post

Can someone please tell me how to follow / unfollow a post? I can't find it for the life of me. Thanks in advance!

    Sorry; I was talking about Notifications. From what I've read, it might be a broken system.

    There used to be a way you could choose to follow/unfollow specific posts, so say if you posted a comment in a post three years ago that still receives daily comments, you could unfollow it, therefore no longer receiving updates every time someone posts a comment in that post. It appears they've changed the system since then, so I'd have to track down my comment through hundreds of pages to find and delete it.

    Edit: Found my post, but can't delete it...

    GymGoddess - Problem is I want to receive notifications, just not from this one specific post. The preferences to which you're referring effect all posts.

    I found my post, then had to flag it for deletion. Hopefully problem solved.
