Are we not able to add foods to the database, or is that a premium member feature? I was trying to find and then add: Kathy's Table, Chicken & Chorizo w/ Polenta (Skinny), 346.6 calories, 18.8g fat, 28.3g carbs, 16g protein, 222mg sodium, 4.4g fiber, 6.4g sugar, 6.1g saturated fat.

You should be able to add a food if you can't find it in the database (or if the database is wrong).
On the desktop site, go to Food > Food Diary and add a food to a meal. Search for something - below the list should be a link to Add a Food to the Database.2 -
You should be able to scan the barcode and add it0
