So I have been eating super clean since March and been working on my health and fitness (trying to tone up and lose a few vanity pounds). I'm recovering from an eating disorder and am trying to slowly raise my calories (from about 1100 to 1600).
I've been doing a lot of research and want to start focusing on macros and getting a healthy body/mind but now that I'm trying to fit my macros, I've discovered that my clean diet that I'm so accustomed to is falling short and I need help introducing new foods into my diet (still healthy ones preferably.. no fast food or 'junk food').

My diet consists of Egg whites, Greek Yogurt, Fruits, Vegetables, Grilled Chicken, Tuna and nuts...with limited grains and dairy. I eat pretty constantly throughout the day. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Post-workout snack, Dinner.
According to my macros (54g fat, 140g carbs, 137g protein, 1600 cals) my calories/protein/fat are still too low and my carbs are too high due to my love for fruits. Could anyone give me some good suggestions to add in to my diet that are still fairly clean or maybe even help me with my meal plan?
I'm new to all of this so don't be too harsh, just looking for some suggestions or advice. Also, if I up my calories too quickly, will I gain weight? Thanks!!
