Staying committed is probably going to be the hardest thing for me to do but knowing that there is going to be a good end result is like my light at the end of the tunnel!

When I am having a tough time I think about my "why" and I think about whether going off track is worth it.

The easiest way to stay committed is to have a plan of action and stick to it consistently. Even if your motivation is down, following the plan creates habitual behavior and habitual behavior just happens regardless of how one feels.

And on top of that, I would add that it's a good idea to make that plan of action as 'easy' as possible: don't be overly restrictive by aiming for an overly aggressive calorie deficit, or eliminating your favorite foods, don't force yourself to do certain types of exercice you hate, etc.5 -
Thank you for the advice! I really think it will help I just have to be patient and then it will come out as a good result, hopefully.0
