Leftover calories....

I am eating a very low fat diet where i pretty much eat as much lean meat, fresh fruits, and fresh veggies as i want. I guess since i am used to eating empty calories...i am just SO FULL...but according to MFP i have about 600 calories left over!!!

I have 2 eggs for breakfast, an orange and a latte for a snack, talapia and salad for lunch, and chicken breast and broccoli for dinner. I am stuffed and cannot imagine eating any more. It even looks like plenty of food written down. i guess since it is healthy food the cals just don't add up.

What should i do?

    Have a BIG glass of milk..... where's your calcium for the day? (sorry don't know what taliopia?? is)

    Some fat can be good for you. Try adding avocado to your salad, put some cheese and veggies in your eggs, have an apple and peanut butter for a snack. Tonight I had a small pita pocket and hummus for a snack and it was delicious!

    Its fish. Tasty fish! We're put of milk, my fiance is a milk HOG!!! I hardly ever even have any for my coffee..i swear he is a mikaholic!

    Good idea tho!

    I just feel guilty eating anything more...i'm full! I am so used to eating so much i guess i want to take advantage of a hunger-free day! I know i shouldn't, but it is tempting!

    Maybe i will have to pnutbutter...

    I forgot to add salad dressing...thats an extra 70cals!
