calorie counts for hula hooping

Don't know how to count this for exercise, it isn't in the database and I'm not sure what to compare this too, any suggestions?

Spark people has this calculator for hooping: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/calories_burned.asp?exercise=319. I am assuming they mean a regular hula hoop and not weighted one but it doesn't specify.
