I am having issues with pain in various parts of my body. One of those areas in my arms and hands. I am finding that my Apple Watch is aggravating it more and more each day. I really want to wear it to achieve my ring goals on activity tracker. I need ideas on where else or how else I can wear it to get somewhat accurate results that my wrist would. Thank you in advance!!

Is it the watchband that is bothering you?

Yes I’ve tried to wear it loosely but find the watch part will bang on things. Too expensive to replace to keep wearing this way. I possibly have carpal tunnel. Currently seeing a neurologist and already know I have tarsal tunnel.

I replaced my watchband with a fabric mesh type band. It is a lot more comfortable than the rubbery one that came with it. So it’s not the watchband, it’s something else.

I had an allergic reaction to the rubbery one when I put on sunscreen (so, every day I went outside 😂).

I bought a metallic/magnetic one and love it! Really adjustable and it stays where I want it to (about an inch above my wrist bone).

The apple watch needs to be worn on the wrist, so trying different bands seems to be your best option.

I second the suggestion of a metallic/magnetic one. I just put one on my Fitbit and really like the fit.

Thank you all! The one I have I really love and have worn it for ages. Just started causing issues in past few months. It is a wide band rubbery one. Sadly I am allergic to many metals. Going to look for and try out a thinner leather type.
